Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, adjustments or cancellations are generally not possible due to rapid processing times. Contact customer service immediately if you require assistance.

Yes, sales tax may be applied based on the destination state to which your order is shipped, per local regulations.

Product & Customization

Modula jewelry is crafted from high-quality materials, including sterling silver and gold plating. We use an array of gemstones, including semi-precious: topaz, amethyst, garnet, tourmaline, citrine, and precious stones: sapphire, emerald, Moissanite, and diamonds.

To keep your Modula jewelry looking its best, we recommend gently cleaning it with a soft cloth after each wear to remove any oils or residue. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, such as chlorine or cleaning products. When not wearing your jewelry, store it in a soft pouch or jewelry box to protect it from scratches and tarnish. For pieces with gemstones, avoid ultrasonic cleaners and consult a professional jeweler for deep cleaning.

Modula offers on select items with personalization options, such as engravings and gem choices. We also offer a few custom options that you may choose the type of gems, sizes etc.

Yes, engraving options are available on certain pieces, allowing you to add your own words.

We allow up to 10 characters per engraving.

Modula provides sizing for custom pieces ; however, for regular pieces on the size please utilize the sizing chart.

Yes, we have gift cards available that can be ordered here.

You can enter your gift voucher or promo code in the designated field during the checkout process to access any discounts.

We do not offer gift wrapping, however it can be sent as a gift with our standard packaging.

Shipping & Tracking

Modula typically provides standard and expedited shipping options.  We offer free Standard shipping on all US purchases over $200. This minimum is based on the amount after discounts but before taxes. For P.O. Box deliveries, we use USPS Standard shipping. Expedited and Rush options are available at additional cost. Orders are processed and shipped from our New York warehouse Monday through Friday. You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships Custom items will ship according to their production schedules, which are listed on product pages, during checkout, and in your confirmation email. All purchases, including pre-orders and custom items, are charged at the time of order. The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts, and is non-refundable.

Yes, orders made through Modula are covered by insurance in transit, providing protection against loss or damage.

If you experience any issues regarding a lost, stolen, or damaged order, please reach out to customer service as soon as possible for assistance.

Yes, we provide international shipping, but it’s advised to check our shipping policy for details regarding specific countries and associated rates. International shipments (Outside the US)  may incur additional customs charges and processing fees. Unfortunately, these costs are determined by your country's customs authorities and are beyond our control. We cannot predict these expenses or include them in your purchase price. For specific information regarding potential import fees, please reach out to your country's customs department. We are unable to provide reimbursement for any customs duties or taxes collected upon delivery of your package.

Shipping to PO Boxes and APO addresses is available.

Returns and Exchanges

Modula allows returns within 10 days of purchase for a full refund, and within 30 days for store credit, provided that items remain in their original condition and packaging. Sets must be returned with all items of the set. Orders must be returned in the country they were purchased. 

Non-Returnable Items:

No returns or refunds on custom items, custom engraved items, gift cards, final sales items.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.
